4. Cancellations and Returns

If the cancellation is approved (before production or shipping has begun), we will process a full refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Cancellations requested after 24 hours of the Order Confirmation or once the order has shipped will be treated as returns (subject to our Return Policy).
  • Returns: We offer a 60-day return window for eligible products, designed to accommodate the unique nature of our handmade footwear:
